Renting Our Facilities
If you would like to request to rent one of our facilities, please fill out the Facility Rental Application. To request a booking at the Eagle Eye Theatre, please fill out the Eagle Eye Theatre Booking Request Form. Completed forms for Squamish can be submitted to [email protected], faxed to 604-892-1038, or dropped off at the School Board Office, 37866 Second Avenue, Squamish. For Whistler and Pemberton, forms can be submitted to [email protected] or faxed to 604-894-6084.
Payment:
If you would like to pay for a facility rental, you have the following payment options:
- Access sd48.perfectmind.com. If you are a new user, you will be required to sign up for a new account. Please note: Activation of a new account can take up to 2 business days. Go to finance information, then to "new" and add your account information.
- Mail in a cheque to School District No.48 (Sea to Sky), Box 250, Squamish, BC, V8B 0A2.
- Fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form, and email to [email protected] for processing.
Facility & Rate Information:
Facilities are available for rental between the hours of 5:00 pm and 9:30 pm.
All Rates are subject to 5% GST.

Additional Important Information:
- To qualify for non-profit community rates, SD48 requires documentation that you are a registered association or society.
- Liability insurance is required naming School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) of $5,000,000.00 (5 million).
- Regular (non-specialist) elementary classrooms used for instructional purposes during the day will not be rented out to groups.
- Computer Labs, Industrial Education shops, and science labs will not be available for rental unless otherwise determined by the Director of Operations.
- Regular (non-specialist) secondary classrooms used for instructional purposes during the day will not be rented out to groups unless otherwise determined by the Director of Operations in consultation with the School Principal.
- Please note that we do not rent for birthday parties.
